Learning and development is critical for talent management and to enhance an organisation’s workforce. There are many approaches to learning and development – which include traditional activities such as classroom training and one-on-one coaching, and in today’s wired world, on-demand digital learning or eLearning. At Jam Factory, we share our clients’ vision of having “training that sticks”. That includes not just the usual learning activities but also “informal” activities such as teach-back and practice. We work closely with our clients to understand desired business outcomes and structure our training programmes to achieve these outcomes. We offer both bespoke training programmes and “off-the-shelf” training courses.
Classroom Training provides a high level of interaction which is beneficial for companies. Classes can range from half day to 3-day courses, although most clients prefer a 2-day course. We generally ensure that class sizes do not exceed 20 for maximum effectiveness and personal attention.
Digital Learning can take several forms such as eLearning, tablet-based and mobile-based. This allows users to access learning content anytime, anywhere.
Blended Learning includes a mix of different media, which may include classroom training, digital platforms as well as more informal approaches such as teach-back and coaching.
